Do I need a reservation to dine at your restaurant?

What is your return/refund policy for food orders?
Due to the nature of food, we do not accept returns. However, if your order is incorrect or unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately for a resolution or refund.
I received the wrong order. What should I do?
We’re very sorry! Please call us immediately, and we’ll send the correct item or process a refund.
The food was cold or not fresh. Can I get a replacement?
Yes. We pride ourselves on food quality. If you face this issue, inform us within 30 minutes, and we’ll arrange a replacement or credit.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
If the order hasn’t been prepared yet, you can cancel. For prepaid online orders, refunds may take 3–5 days to reflect in your account.

We offer flexible plans. If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 3 days for an adjustment or credit.
